Champagne Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut has a brilliant golden yellow color, highlighted by a fine cordon of persistent bubbles. This champagne, made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, reveals great expressiveness right from the nose. Aromas of white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn blend with fruity notes of pear, grapefruit, white peach and cut grass.
On the palate, Grand Brut offers a remarkable balance between liveliness and roundness. Flavors include apple, pineapple and citrus, with hints of pink grapefruit and tangerine. The cuvée stands out for its great freshness and fruity character, complemented by an elegant finish with hints of brioche that reveal a beautiful persistence.
