Champagne Leclerc Briant Extra Brut Rosé is a delicate, refined wine, mainly composed of Chardonnay (95%) with a touch of Pinot Noir (5%). This unique blend highlights the freshness and elegance of Chardonnay, supported by the subtlety and complexity provided by Pinot Noir. The result is a rosé champagne of great finesse, both lively and elegant, that will appeal to lovers of fine, delicate bubbles.
The grapes used for this champagne come from six exceptional terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Côte des Bar, Chouilly, Montgueux, Les Riceys and Essoyes. Côte des Blancs and Chouilly are renowned for their high-quality Chardonnays, offering wines of great purity and minerality. Côte des Bar, Les Riceys and Essoyes, meanwhile, bring distinct nuances and unique characteristics to Pinot Noir. Montgueux, often compared to the Côte des Blancs, adds an extra note of freshness and vivacity. The blend of these different terroirs gives Leclerc Briant Extra Brut Rosé a rare depth and aromatic complexity.
The vinification of this champagne is carefully orchestrated to preserve its intrinsic qualities. Aged in vats, this champagne retains all the freshness and purity of its aromas. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, softening the wine's acidity and giving it a creamier texture. The Extra Brut dosage, between 0 and 6 g/l, accentuates its liveliness and purity, offering a clean, precise taste experience. The fresh, fruity aromas of this champagne make it ideal for serving as an aperitif or at the start of a meal. For optimal tasting, we recommend serving at a temperature of 9°C.
